Adrian Larrea is the co-founder of Serious Construction Group, a firm that brings craftsmanship, clarity, and strategic oversight to high-end residential and commercial building projects. With a reputation for building both beautiful structures and strong operational systems, Adrian combines the rigor of a contractor with the vision of a strategist.

Before launching Serious Construction Group, Adrian was a founding force behind Tribucha, the nationally recognized kombucha brand that helped define the functional beverage space with its authentic brewing process and compelling brand voice. His role extended beyond product into the operational backbone, guiding the company through early growth and infrastructure development.

He later applied his expertise in systems, logistics, and team-building to Haze, a hospitality and nightlife project built on intentional guest experiences and operational sophistication. Adrian was instrumental in designing not only the physical layout but also the business’s backend, hiring structure, and culture strategy.

In parallel, Adrian has taken on consulting roles for a variety of startups, focusing on early-stage operational development, founder coaching, and systems alignment. His ability to zoom out for strategic planning and zoom in on execution has made him a go-to advisor for creative founders navigating rapid growth.

After becoming a mother, she transitioned into self-employment—channeling her natural drive and sharp instincts into building something of her own.

Today, Sully works alongside  Rudy, as co-owner of Serious Construction Group. Her entrepreneurial spirit, paired with a fierce dedication to her family, fuels everything she does. Whether she’s managing operations, keeping projects on track, or supporting their clients with care and clarity, Sully brings intelligence, grit, and heart to every facet of the business.

Her eye for babyproofing is unmatched- from identifying existing risks to anticipating changes as children grow.
